Christmas Tree Storage
Christmas is a fun time for decorating, but where do you keep your decorations? If you use a real tree each year then you don't have to store it, but what if you use a faux Christmas tree? What do you do with that?
I personally have always used a faux or fake tree. Over the years they have got more realistic and fuller but that has also created some storage issues.
If the tree is not very big, then you could simply put a large bag over it and store it already assembled, but many of these trees need to come apart in order to be stored in precious storage areas.
For years, I simply used the box that came with the tree, and each year I swore I would get something else, as it is cardboard and the branches never seems to quite fit back in the box! You had to fluff the branches for putting it up and to display well, but then you had to take each branch and flatten it enough to fit back into the box. The box would never quite close and dust and unmentionable items would get into the box.
I decided this year it would go into it's very own Christmas decoration storage bag. This bag has handles and is flexible enough to allow for those fluffed up branches. There is no cardboard to go musty and the tree is ready once again for you at the start of each season.
